Jet Fuel App
“Jet Fuel” is a basic application that I made to make my life a little easier. It allows the user to enter the amount of fuel that is required for a flight in pounds and the amount of fuel that is already on the aircraft in pounds. The program then displays the number of gallons of Jet-A, at standard density, that is required to be put onboard. The app also remembers these inputs after it has been closed, so that you can relaunch the app and have quick access to the fuel load in gallons. I don’t know how many times that I have had to go back to the aircraft or recalculate when the line guy says, “How much fuel do you want?” I decided to make this app available to others for free.
